ABOUT ME

Rick McGuire is a 5th year Architectural Engineering student focusing in the mechanical option at The Pennsylvania State University. In May of 2017, he will graduate with a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering.

During the summer of 2016, Rick moved to Central Florida where he gained experience from an internship at TLC Engineering for Architectural.  Being that TLC is a MEP firm, Rick was able to learn some plumbing and electrical skills throughout the internship.

Through his internship at TLC Engineering for Architecture, Rick was exposed to the 3200 S. Ocean Blvd project. With the help of the  Mechanical Department in the Cocoa office, specifically the help from Jim Mullen, Rick was able to secure the 3200 S. Ocean Blvd. project for analysis in his senior thesis project.
